Derek is in charge of day-to-day financial planning and prepares detailed comprehensive financial plans for clients. He also runs tax projections and implements tax strategies to help save money for clients. 


Originally from Lake Wylie, Derek joined us in 2012 after a career in public accounting in Charlotte and financial planning in Charleston. Derek enjoys golf, tennis, and watching college sports. He is also active in charity organizations, currently serving as Membership Chair for the River Hills/Lake Wylie Lions Club (Lion of the Year Recipient) and Treasurer for the Lake Wylie/Clover MayDay Project.
